Coconut oil and olive oil, typically used for cooking, also serve as lubricants. Additionally, they act as resistors in darkroom photography, altering traditional development methods by adding color while removing content.

In "Gesture," the hands of women in my family photos are emphasized using traditional development methods, while the rest are abstracted using kitchen oils as resistors. This series highlights lost hand gestures, questioning women's visibility in family photographs.
